As a boy EMS I have a soft spot for Bates to build quality and light weight. The only reason I did not give five stars is I wish they offered less aggressive tread can only stumble in on ... by David J Shepler
this is a great all around boot for cold cold ... totally waterproof ... comfortable ... easy to get in and out ... going to use thin socks with this boot by Jay Ferguson
Overall I would recommend this boot. It seems to stay dry and warm. My only complaint is that it is thick around the ankle that is more appearance than performance. by James
I really like these boots but do not give it five stars for the same reason I never give five of these boots side zipper I still have to undo to get them off. by Steven D. Bennett
